• How to Pay for the Course

    Step 1:Proceed to the checkout process for your chosen course. Select the "Pay with PayPal" button.

    Step 2: A pop-up window will appear.

    If you have a PayPal account, sign in and complete the process.

    OR

    If you do not have a PayPal account, scroll down and select "Pay with Debit or Credit card". Then, proceed to Step 3.

    Step 3: A new screen will appear, where you can enter your credit card details as you would with any online checkout portal - no PayPal account creation needed. View image of checkout process here.

  • Unable to Log In

    Check your internet settings are connected.

    Clear your browser's cache. Quit the browser app and restart or restart your computer.

    Try a different device and/or browser.

    Reset your password.

  • Resetting Password

    Click here to reset your password. Enter your email address used to sign up for our course and click submit. An email will be sent to you with reset instructions and a link. This email can take up to 5-10 minutes to be received.

    Be sure to search your Inbox and Spam folder for an email from [email protected]. Make sure that [email protected] is added to your safe sender list in your email provider.

    The link is only available for one hour. If an hour has passed, submit your email again to trigger the reset instructions email with a new follow-up link.

    Note that if Forgot my password is clicked many times, multiple emails will be sent and only the reset link in the most recent email will work.

  • Accessing the Courses After Payment

    If you have paid for a course and cannot locate the course player, log into your student account. Once logged in, from the site's top header, you will see "My Dashboard". From there you will be able to view all your enrolled courses.

    After payment, a welcome email is automatically sent to the email address provided. This email will have a link to send you directly to the first lesson of the course.

    Please check your junk or spam folder if you did not receive an email from [email protected]. We would advise saving that email address to your contacts to avoid missing any important messages from us.

  • Trouble Viewing Videos, Loading Slideshows or Downloading Course Files

    Here are some basic browser troubleshooting steps that are a great starting point, we recommend:

    Clear cache and restart the browser. Also, check if you’re using the newest version of the browser.

    Try a different browser (like Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari).

    Try an Incognito / Private Window (this will rule out an issue with browser extensions).

    Restart the device (it's a cliche but it works!).

    If possible, try a different device.

    If possible, try a different internet connection. School and/or corporate firewalls occasionally block our video provider.
